Covisian was established in January 2016 through an initiative of the Aksia fund established from the merger of two historic enterprises in the sector: Visiant, specialized in end to end services, developed technologies and competences in the field of big data and analytics. Contacta, a consolidated enterprise operating in the sector, is well known on the market for its robust methodology and for its strong innovative skills in operating processes.
Merging of Visiant and Contacta into Covisian S.p.A.
Contacta introduces the “Voice of the customer“, analytics application solution in its offerings for the contact center area.
CFI S.r.l. is created, specializing in sales activities for insurance companies.
Fastweb selects Visiant Group as a partner for the transfer of its customer operations branch through the company Visiant Next.
2010 – Contacta acquires 50% of the Seat Pagine Gialle [Seat Yellow Pages] business units relative to 12.40 and 89.24.24 services.
2008 – Contacta invests in research and development of proprietary applications for the management of all business processes.
2012 – Overseas Industries discovers, jointly with Visiant management, the company and the brand.
2011 – Visiant is awarded the Confindustria Innovation Award, thanks to the development of the Multichannel My892000 Vodafone platform.
Visiant Contact is created, and it is developed through the acquisition of contact center companies.
Contacta is established, specializing in telemarketing activities in the consumer goods sector.
